Candidate Hot Dog Update

Yesterday, I wrote about Marshalltown's Thanks with Franks celebration and the presidential candidates themed hot dogs the Marshall County Democrats were serving. I was planning on taking pictures, but ended up leaving my camera at home.

Anyway, I tried all of the candidates dogs and they were all very good. Hillary's had a New York onion sauce, Richardson's had freshly chopped salsa, Obama's had a ton of ingrediants available, and Edwards Southern Comfort dog was served with grilled Vidalia onions and cheese. Joe Biden had a spot, but no special ingrediants, so one of the volunteers decided to seve the hot dogs upside down since Biden is an underdog. One person came up and said she is a vegetarian and wanted a bun with relish and sauerkraut. This was named the Kucinich dog.
