Yesterday, Bill Richardson released an online ad that highlights the differences on Iraq between him and all the other candidates.
I am very impressed with this ad. I think Richardson should take the part that shows Hillary Clinton and John Edwards saying there aren't many differences on the war among the candidates and then Richardson explaining his plan (from 30 seconds to just 1:12 in the video) and make a TV ad. That is the part that really caught my attention.
The vast majority of Iowans think we need to bring our troops out of Iraq and If Richardson continues to strongly push this Iraq plan, he should move up in the polls.

Above all, I think it continues to be interesting to see how Richard and the rest differentiate themselves on healthcare - this is still the number one issue.
I'd still like to see more discussion from, well, most on what their deeper healthcare policy objectives are.
This came out recently - I think it's relevent to the issue:
"The Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease (PFCD) announced today its 'Ideas for Change' in health care, which call on all 2008 presidential candidates to address the country’s chronic disease crisis in their health care plans. . . . 'The Partnership will not endorse a party or a candidate, but rather challenge all of them to address our nation's health and health care costs through the improved prevention, treatment and management of chronic disease. By acting now, we can lower costs and, most importantly, improve our quality of life,' said Mark McClellan, M.D., Ph.D, PFCD Advisory Board member and Director of the Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform. 'Health care reform can't afford not to focus on reducing the impact of chronic disease, and we want to help candidates by giving them ideas for change.'"
The full release is here - I'd say it's worth a look: http://www.fightchronicdisease.org/news/pfcd/pr09242007.cfm.
This is a good direction for our candidates to aim - it's nice to see that someone is point them down the right path.
