Yesterday, the Spencer for Congress campaign released their radio ad featuring Wes Clark. Of course, the ad talks about national security and intelligently fighting terrorism. You can hear the ad here.

Thanks for posting this. I would be interestedd in comments. We will be soliciting contributions to run this ad through an e-mail message from General Clark.
Spencer was in Marshalltown on Saturday a couple people donated some money for ads to be run on the radio in Marshalltown.
Good luck to Spencer in his uphill battle.

If the Marshalltown supporters want to run the General Clark radio ad, then they can use it. Other counties are also collecting money to put the ad up on their local station.
People can donate to the ActBlue accounts set up by Wesley Clark: http://www.actblue.com/page/clark4spencer
All contributions to the Clark/Spencer ActBlue accounts go to radio ads, but not necessarily to ads in your town.
It does not cost that much to run a radio ad in a small city/town.
